There are plenty of handy growkits on the market. Several of them even take care of them selves. There are a few smartshops I can recommend for you, with great staff that probably know what you want. No personal experience of this horrible condition. I´m really not jealous of you, friend and I hope you get it eased somehow. I have seen several documentaries about cluster/hortons and the treatment with psycadelics. It seems like it is the way to go. Not sure if truffles are the best option though...

Siberie is my safe bet. A huge assortment of tea, large tables promoting a long session with social activities, friendly staff and local clientele. Spirit is a hidden gem imo, with eight pinball machines and a pool table, also they have large tables and promotes a longer session. Also Utopia is nice.
