Does Eindhoven require the Weitpass?

My wife and I went last night and shared the Beer Can Chicken. Sweet slightly crisp skin on the outside and juicy on the inside. They had sauces on the table but the chicken didn't need it. To be honest I really didn't care for the sauces. Will return again.
