They now open at 10am again I believe. The school that was causing the issue for coffeeshops in that area has moved so they no longer have to restrict hours.

Melkweg has a smoking room you can smoke weed in. Depending how busy it is you can also get away with it in the concert halls but if spotted security will direct you to the smoking room.

Does anyone know of any smoker friendly bars in rotterdam?
