NO Cannabis at Outdoor festivals???!!!

I am going to Extrema Outdoor @ Aquabest,Eindhoven at July and at festivals site and other forum is said "that all drugs AND CANNABIS is NOT ALLOWED"...
the same for the DANCEVALLEY.. :-(
i understand the prohibition for hard drugs,but NO WEED>????

Are they serious?f@#@
