Using a mobile phone

The data packages offered by Telus Canada are absurd, they want 400$ for 100MB. I know my phone is locked so i dont think i can just get a vodaphone sim and pop it in.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I need a phone for maps, Instagram, FB, etc..

Re: Voyagers

I was there on Friday. Got a g of the blue cheese which smelt and tasted great. Saw a few others. The KK didn't look that great so I didn't get it but maybe I should have. It's nicer than it used to be since the renovations, but I'm not a fan of the scene. People always in and out, backpackers, blat...

Re: Prix d'Ami

I was there this week. Bough a gram of s5, it looked good but not sure about the high or taste. The selection of bud was pretty weak and the budtender really doesn't seem like he enjoys his job. Too bad.

I think it's usually 100 euro a night. We ended up paying 80euro since we were last minute and the room was free.

Re: Burger Bar

I was there yesterday. Had the 200g angus and it was average at best. But all in all... The food sucks in Amsterdam so I guess it's acceptable.

Re: Breakfast/smoking...

I had breakfast at barneys uptown this morning accompanied by some blue cheese. The continental breakfast was great. All in all breakfast in Amsterdam is rank and is often served in a pool of tomato juice with beans. Not sure if you like that.
