Re: Route 99

I went here on the 7th and again on the 8th and it was closed with a note asking customers to call a phone number... Anyone have any idea what that's about?

Re: Utopia

We ended up going on Tuesday I think it was... And we were served by Ingi I would reckon. Amazing service and product knowledge... I bought some Citronella which was my very favorite purchase of the trip. A perfect afternoon smoke, but would be too much for the morning at least for me. Also got the ...

Re: Hill Street at the Market

Picked up the Super Silver Haze here this week... Very lovely. And this was the only shop we went to twice out of the 10 we stopped at. We just liked the atmosphere here and I'll have to admit my primary motivation for returning was the milkshakes... :) the service was great here too. I liked how br...

Re: Utopia

I'm really excited about trying this place out, we'll probably be in on Tuesday. What times are they open?
And is the Citronella still there?

Re: Maastricht

It's also open to people residing in those countries, not just citizens. For example my friends have gone up there and used their Belgian residence card and had no problems at all.
Or they won't until May, that is...

So I got my MFLB in the mail!! I'm still getting the hang of it but I LOVE it so far. So nice not to inhale that smoke anymore.

Re: Maastricht

Why can't you fly into Brussels and take the train to Amsterdam? There's a train that goes straight there... (well you have to take the train from the airport train station to the Brussels north station). It takes 3 and a half hours if you buy a regular return ticket at 54 euro, and 2 and a half hou...

Re: Customer Service!

Thanks everyone!! A lot of these confirmed the notes that said "good service" next to the shops on my list... And a few new ones to research. :) I work in service which I guess is why it's such a big deal for me... I get so frustrated with my coworkers who just do not give ONE SHIT about o...

Re: Customer Service!

Yeah I've studied that thread somewhat religiously, it's just sometimes it's hard to tell if people like a place for the quality of the purchase or the quality of the service or the quality of both. I'm just looking for service. If no one can name any off the top of their heads that's fine...

Re: Drug/Alcohol Testing In The Workplace

Well back home I applied for another job the same time I was interviewing for the donut shop, and they wanted a drug test... They gave me a form to bring to a testing lab, and the lab would send the results back to the company. So I guess it was standard procedure for them to send all applicants to ...

Re: Drug/Alcohol Testing In The Workplace

In the US tons of places do drug tests... They have for a while but now it seems even more prevalent. Especially when applying for a job... I worked at a donut shop which was like one of the only places left in town that didn't require a test to be hired, and pretty much EVERYONE there was a stoner....

Customer Service!

I'm going to Amsterdam next month with some friends... It'll be their first time but my third. My first two trips I sort of just 'winged it' and wandered into any old tourist coffeeshop. So you can imagine I didn't get the best customer service out there. Although I was very pleasant and polite with...

Re: Hello lovelies!

Yeah I'm afraid I barely ever do much exploring nowadays... Too lazy after a day at work to go out and do more stuff. :D But when I was an exchange student here in 08 I saw quite a bit more of the country than I'm seeing now! I really want to make more of an effort to get out on the weekends and stu...
