Evening everyone, Headin off to dam in a couple days and it'll be my second visit here. I went in December 2012 and had a bit of a mixed opinions about it. Mainly went for the smoking atmosphere and as a tourist tbh. So when I went before I found a lot of the coffee shops were rammed and there was n...

Re: Schipnol A4 Hotel - far from RLD?
No worries, it'll be cool just know what time the last shuttle goes back. Looks like a comfortable hotel though with the pool and gym, if you have any energy. Thats the reason why I wasnt hesitant when I booked it! I assumed with its name it would be right next to the airport too which was w...

Re: First timer!
Definitely get outside of the city center as well. The vast majority of my coolest finds and best times came when I left the more touristy areas (although those have their charms as well, don't get me wrong!) If you have time, grab the train to Haarlem (15-20 min. ride, I believe). It has some grea...

Re: Where can I buy prerolled cones in Dam? and tips needed
This is important! Do you and everyone smoking already smoke cigarettes? If not, they way get violently sick from inhaling so much tobacco! Go pure and smoke less. We all socially smoke yeah so can have up to 20 on a night out a few days a week, and I remember hitting a few joints back in college a...

Not without losing £130. Unfortunately it's a lesson learned!Tdiddy wrote:Can you cancel the hotel and book somewhere else?
If I call up tomorrow and can cancel, do you know of a decent cheap place to stay for under 30 quid each for 2 nights?

Re: Schipnol A4 Hotel - far from RLD?
The hotel has shuttle busses running to the airport every 40 minutes for free. So could I catch that to the airport, then a train to central station and then walk? How much would that cost for the train and how long would it take?
