I've smoked at North Sea Jazz festival in Rotterdam - about 4/5 spliffs over the evening. Saw people sat around rolling up and a few smoking. That said we were by far in the minority than the majority.

Grey Area - best weed but not great for sitting, too small and busy. Amnesia - love the vibe and the staff in there.
