Champagne haze was and still is after 11 months still the stand out gear for me in Amsterdam last year, so unique in smell against anything else and taste was so smooth. Of cause each batch can be vastly different, but seems for the best part for most it's stayed some great gear.

By the way, how did you find the Bulldog CS?. Many seem to dislike or hate the places despite having never really been to them. I myself don't mind them to much, hit & miss but there are far worse CS's in the city.

Why not just up the entry age to say 25 for coffeeshops within the 250m instead?. Or restrict the hours so they are not open for half hour either side of school opening and closing times?.
