well ill be buying the best smoke and from there it'll be cheap food during the day just grabbing bites to eat and beer so basically i should of said how much can i spend on beer and smoke in 3 days in Amsterdam!

Just wondering im reading and hearing that alot of the coffeeshops don't open till 6pm?

Is this right and is this all shops? If not im staying in Hotel Torenzicht for a couple days anyone know which decent coffeeshops are open before six near there?
