Yes, these are still the best space cakes I've had in Amsterdam. I bought some in Baba and Hill Street Blues last year and they weren't half as strong.

Re: Review my Amsterdam book for free !!

Thanks for your good review and comments my friend. I will return to Amsterdam some day but right now Iam on with other things. There is I suspect more in my memory banks but I think I did a good job of recalling what I did. Since finishing my book things have come to mind but I feel I cant go back...

Re: Review my Amsterdam book for free !!

First of all I'd like to thank Mr Crocket for sending on the book true to his word. I enjoyed it. I liked his style of writing, it was light-hearted and he doesn't take himself too seriously. I like the self-deprecating style of the humour at times. I thought the talk about Cindy with the barman was...

Re: Good Coffeeshops to watch the world go by

the weed there is a bit overpriced and not the best. i would go to voyagers… load up then walk there…. 5 min walk or so. then chill at babas and watch all the people walking into the RLD area. plus the music is cool. drinks are cheap. and if you're single you can hit on the cute tourist girls :) Th...

There was a bar at Nieumarket beside the canal where I sat and had a pint last time. Don't know if it was smoke friendly, but it's a nice area to chill all the same, so HSB sounds good

Re: Good Coffeeshops to watch the world go by

Thanks for the suggestions lads. Hi, not a coffeeshop I know, but cafe Batavia is a great smoke friendly cafe/bar that I spend loads of time in every trip smoking away with a pint and watching the mass of tourists go to voyagers and grab their smoke. Definately worth checking out! Even better. Dutch...

Where to buy paraphernalia?

Hi peeps,

I want to get all my bits and pieces when I get to Amsterdam (throwaway hash pipe, grinder, skins etc).

I was thinking of walking down to Waterlooplein. I heard you can get all this here at a good price.

Where do you all normally get your stuff?

TIA,

robo

What are your favourite coffeshops to just sit and watch the world go by?

TIA,
