Thanks for your answers. The Voyagers looks perfect but if it's not open before 10h30 it won't do :( ; I also look at "The Central" but apparently you cannot smoke inside...so it's kind of a bummer, April in Amsterdam doesn't really have the kind of weather you want for sitting at a terrac...
