Re: Does Price Equal Strength?
So how do I determine strength? My life experience is that the bud tender seems to offer the 16 euro a gram buds when asked for the strongest.

Oh, I forgot to say, thanks for the great suggestions. Makes sense. Might not be your trip, but you seemed to get the gist of mine.

Does Price Equal Strength?
I guess that I have assumed that price equals strength, but maybe I am just taking the bait.

Re: Colorado Again? You Betcha!!
Eddie, it sounds like you go to Colorado with an agenda similar to mine for my Amsterdam trips (smoking, eating, and drinking, with a little sightseeing on the side). I like Amsterdam because your feet are all that you need for transportation. However, I cannot do a long weekend in Amsterdam, but I ...

Minn, you traveling with your mighty?
Are you noticing other people vaping? I go twice a year and do not recall ever seeing anyone vaping either in a coffeeshop or in a bar.

Re: I fly free and so should you
Lafe, funny story about the priceline game. First time we went to Paris, we weren't sure where we wanted to stay so I booked us one night at the Intercontinental through Priceline bidding (by playing the rebid game). We were going in January, so I figured that we would figure out where we wanted to ...

Re: Vapes
I am going to go "vape" on my next trip. I have traditionally ground a gram of hash into a gram of flowers so that my smoke was potent, but the joint burned well. Will this work with a vape, or is it nutso for some reason?
And just as info, my plan is to buy a mighty for the trip.

Re: LLMReb's March Travelogue
Before I retired, all of our travel was done as a couple. But now my wife gets to choose what we do with all of her vacation time, but she gives me a "hall pass" for my own solo trips, since I have unlimited time. And most of my trips to Amsterdam are solo. I do do fancy dinners solo (been...

Re: LLMReb's March Travelogue
"Ended up at afternoon tea (wife's call) at 1* Michelin restaurant in the Sofitel. Good set up and relaxing while it poured down rain." I assume you noted that it was the "wife's call" because you didn't think that it was very manly. But I guess I have a feminine side, because it...

Re: T-minus 136 days and counting
I had a serious traumatic brain injury from getting hit by a car, admittedly while walking, on one of my adventures. Two brain surgeries later along with therapy to relearn walking and talking, and biking is now contra-indicated (as is jaywalking). They tell me that my recovery if I bump my head aga...

T-minus 136 days and counting
The morning after my first full day in Amsterdam during my February visit, I struggled to get out of bed. I was so sore from all the walking that I had done the day before. And that was despite having bought a weekly tram pass and trying to be certain to get my money's worth out of it. And it was de...

Re: Will you still need weed , when your 64?
Back to driving. It seems to me, that you ought to have an answer to these two questions, if you get pulled over. 1. Where are you coming from? 2. Why were you visiting Colorado? No, in theory you don't have to answer those questions, but my experience will traffic stops generally is that being poli...
