yes indeed! for me the I like to choose my situation carefully plan it out so I get the hit I want so badly, usualy goes like this : 1)productive day 2)good meal 3)in my car at a safe location (standstill not driving) 4)good music 5)my smoky friend to help me finish the joints! 6)allways at night.. ...

Q) Are you allowed to smoke in your own car in amsterdam ?
