I heard about this awhile back.
It seems that the Swiss laws are liberal on this issue, and because they are not part of the EU, don't wilt under political pressure.
Don't know about actual coffeeshops, I read that it was available in 'herbal' shops as bath products or 'pot pourri' style bags.

First of all, welcome to the forum, JD. I was in Amsterdam last week, and can confirm that GA are still doing the Kif - I didn't get any (got the Gunpowder from Stix), but purchased some Sweet Haze- superb Sativa! Amnesia is just round the corner, and I got some Amnesia Haze from there- again an exc...

White Russian

I've just been offered a batch of this by a 'friend'.
I'm picking up a sample bag in a couple of days with an option for more.
I believe this is a White Widow/AK 47 cross.
Has anyone sampled White Russian, as I've never had it before.

Hi Badfrog. First of all, enjoy your trip! Its certainly a good question you ask, as the memories of your first coffeeshop will stay with you forever. For a primo smoke, I'd suggest Grey Area, unfortunately their menu seems to change on a weekly basis- I was there last week, and they had no Annunaki...

When i went in March, I got searched at Amsterdam when I was leaving- it was practically a full on search. They even made me take my trainers off and sent them for a scan! Last Friday however, nothing, not a thing. Which was a good thing, as when I got home and started to unpack, I found a small bag...

Well done ChefGirl.
I was there last week, and as usual, the atmosphere, people, and the weed were top notch!
Weather was a bit pissy as it pretty much rained all week.
Hope its better for you.
Enjoy.

Understandably, my memory on the price is a bit 'hazey' (pardon the pun), but at a guess, I think it was aprox 12-13 Euros.

Didn't stop for brekkie, but ordered an espresso and a cappuccino. When asked why I wanted both, I replied to the lovely Scottish lady behind the counter (does anyone know her name?!) that I needed the caffeine- she looked at me and with a smile on her face said 'Its got nothing to do with the big f...

Was there last week, and they had no Annunaki at all.
Got some Sweet Haze instead, which true to GA form, was absolutely delightful!

I agree about the NTB- Stix do a damn fine NTB, and I found it to be a very good day smoke- doesn't knock you out at all. I also tried the Laughing Buddha at Amnesia recently, which was a strongish sativa- it gave me the kick to do things without monging me out. The Amnesia Haze was also a strong Sa...

It is different to weed, but, like weed there many different types to be had.
The biggest difference is between blonde and dark hashes- I prefer dark, and had some Nepalese Temple Ball from Stix, and some Rifman Nouza from Pink Floyd recently- both excellent, and both very different.

Try the Rifman range at the Dampkring places- I got some Rifman Nouza at the Pink Floyd recently, and it knocked me out!
