I heard about this awhile back.
It seems that the Swiss laws are liberal on this issue, and because they are not part of the EU, don't wilt under political pressure.
Don't know about actual coffeeshops, I read that it was available in 'herbal' shops as bath products or 'pot pourri' style bags.

I was there last week, and as usual, the atmosphere, people, and the weed were top notch!
Weather was a bit pissy as it pretty much rained all week.

I agree about the NTB- Stix do a damn fine NTB, and I found it to be a very good day smoke- doesn't knock you out at all. It is different to weed, but, like weed there many different types to be had.
The biggest difference is between blonde and dark hashes- I prefer dark, and had some Nepalese Temple Ball from Stix, and some Rifman Nouza from Pink Floyd recently- both excellent, and both very different.

Try the Rifman range at the Dampkring places- I got some Rifman Nouza at the Pink Floyd recently, and it knocked me out!
