picasso's is the place to relax in the morning, especially if you been travelling for a while, reasonable smoke and never really crowed, but is getting busier, back in the early 9o's when they had both shops green and brown it was never busy.a little GEM!!!!!!!!.

it aint that far from where it used to be, theres a metal gangplank now to get to the reception, right next door to the chinese resturant, they say no smoking in room but if you have the window open you should be alright.
Its a tidy n clean room for the price, v reasonable.

i agree with you i doubt a bank would touch it with a bargepole.
