citymundo will hook you up...as boner, geoffk and cheese stated. the check-in/out process is basically a brief walk-thru. i don't remember paying a deposit when i rented with them, i thought the initial deposit turned into part of the rent but i could be mistaken there. on your initial point though...

Try citymundo they have places that smoking is allowed, the damage deposit is refundable and as long as you dont cause any damage there shouldn't be a problem.
