Thanks

Lamont, good to see you back. I always enjoy your informative reports. Your out-going manner creates positive vibes and is a real plus when traveling.

Very enjoyable report.
Every coffeeshop should have a kitty. They add a special warmth, welcome and love to the environment.

The Pax Vaporizer

What's the scoop on the Pax vaporizer?
How does it compare with the other small vaporizers of choice?

Re: Your favorite Amsterdam munchies???????

I also love the Venco Licorice at AH. It is probably the best licorice I have had. I especially like the Soft & Sweet one (Zacht en Zoet.) Venco exports and can be found in stores in many countries. You can also buy Venco's stuff on Amazon.com, in small bags, as well as kilo bags if you are real...

Here is my favorite "Master Stock" recipe that can be used for many flavorful dishes. It makes a killer eisbein, as well as an incredible Pho stock. Look for "Master Stock" on attached page:

Re: Live report August 2012

I spend a lot of time in Asia and the Asian Tiger Mosquito just kills me. The bites drive me crazy and the itching lasts for 4 or 5 days. I have blood type O, and nothing seems to work to kill the itch. I talked to a pharmacist just Saturday about this and she said that she has the same problem. She...

Re: Backpacking Europe, is this trip plausible?

Steve, The first time I was in Paris was for 4 days. I was immediately overwhelmed with its history, beauty, ambiance, style, beautiful women, food, etcetera, etc. The 4 days went so fast that I felt like I was leaving as soon as I arrived. I couldn't wait to return, which I did several times. The f...
