Biking is just the BEST WAY to move around the Dam. It's so good to know that you're able to go anywhere you like, whenever you want to and not having to wait and pay for any other mean of transportation. And it's just awesome to ride a bike when you're high/stoned, feeling the wind against your fac...

Well... I think smoking was not allowed in the cabins, but I'm not quite sure. I always smoked outside the cabin, sitting by the door, because my girlfriend doesn't smoke at all and because I don't like stinking the rooms where I sleep either. People who worked there saw me several times smoking big...

I've stayed at Camping Het Amsterdamse Bos for a few days in August 2008, but not in a cottage. I stayed in a cabin (1-2 persons) with my girlfriend and was not disappointed, it was relatively big and clean. One good thing about the camping is that there is a communal kitchen that you can use with a...

Also didn't see any CS "Skunk" when I was there. I've been to the... 3 "Willie Wortel's" (was very disappointed with "Sativa"), "Birdy", "High Times", "Regine", "Empire" and "'t Theehuis". I know there are more (16 in to...

I've been to Birdy in late November 2008, and I have to say that I found it to be my favourite Haarlem coffeeshop. I had never been to Haarlem before, but I will definitely go there on my upcoming trip just to visit Birdy again (ok... and also the other coffeeshops... :D ). The "Honing Marok&qu...

I have to agree with Pala... Me and my girlfriend stayed in Rotterdam for 3 days last August and she totally hated the city. It's basically a huge port... nothing special about it. As to coffeeshops I would recommend "de Lachende Paus" and "Café Witte De With". The prices are abo...

Hi Kaiapo! I´m glad to know there are more Portuguese people around here rather than myself. You can expect really low temperatures in Amsterdam by February, something in the range: -4ºC to 6ºC. And, believe it or not, I will be there in February as well. From the 13th to the 26th. Is it your first ...

Yes, I'm aware that you (almost always) must call ahead.
I know about a few of them by now, but I couldn't find any in "Underwater Amsterdam"...

You must do a little research about squat restaurants in Amsterdam.

Anyway... My questions still pose.
