the post office may be commission free but does not offer the best exchange rates. I know mine certainly does (RBS current account) also the missus card charges hefty (HBOS current account) for cash withdrawls abroad.

I know the post office charge £5 on orders up to £500 making it more costly than most competitors if changing under £500, they do however offer very nearly the same exchange rate (if ordered online) different rates when changing at a post office branch. Dont know about Marks & Sparks though. Tra...
