Interested in a 4/21 meetup?

Not sure who will still be in town after 4/20, but 4/21 is my last full day in town, so I'd like it to be a good one. I was thinking about a more southerly meetup than the others that are currently planned? Perhaps Katsu or Mellow Yellow? Or maybe a mini-crawl from Katsu on up to Mellow Yellow and p...

I'm tentatively planning Haarlem on the 19th too. Thinking of heading out to Zandvoort in the morning, then hitting Haarlem on the way back for the afternoon/evening. Steak dinner at Wilma & Albert's - heard good things but never been there. Last time I was there the WW shops were nice enough - ...

Another site you may find useful is: http://journeyplanner.9292.nl/ You just plug in the to and from, and it will tell you which train/bus/tram etc. you need to get there. Came in very handy while planning a day trip to the WWII museum in Overloon. Required a train trip (with train change), and then...

Best laid plans...

So, just for fun, I've made a little shopping list for 4/20 week. I'm sure it's crazy big, and I'll never make it to all the places and sample everything, but I'm just curious if there's any can't-miss items that I've left off my list... Here it goes, in no particular order... Stix - Mako Haze, Nepa...

Re: Report Day 1 - It begins

Sleestack is an amazing little strain. When we tried it yesterday the first time, it immediately cleared our heads of jetlag and fogginess, imparting a seriously focused, energetic high. A top-notch sativa, and one we have gone back to quite a bit. I really, really like this gear!!! Thanks! I've be...

That looks great. Low cost smokin' boat ride. In all my trips I've only taken one boat tour and that was a 'commercial' one, so this looks like it would be a fun change of pace.

Not many CS right outside the terminal, but you're never too far from a CS anywhere in Amsterdam. I took a cruise out of AMS last year. I probably could have walked on with a kilo in my pocket and nobody would have noticed. There were metal detectors and x-rays, but I didn't see any dogs, etc. Just ...

ATMs are the way to go. You need not carry lots of cash, and you'll get a good exchange rate. One lesson I learned though is that you should call your bank, and let them know you are planning to use your card outside the country, and give them the dates of your trip. Otherwise they may think your ac...

Put me down for going to Keukenhof. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keukenhof http://www.keukenhof.com/index.php?LAN_ID=2 My buddies and I are tentatively planning going on 4/18 or 4/19, most likely 4/19. Wouldn't be opposed to going with a bigger group though. As far as museums go, I was hoping to hit...

So sad. I have not been there since the change in ownership and redecoration of the interior. I always loved Amnesia - was my favorite shop. One of my fondest memories is sitting there watching someone chatting with the owner at the time (Sissy?). After 20 minutes of staring, I finally recognized it...
