My brother and I spent new year's '08 in Dam Square and it was incredible. The entire city is a madhouse and everyplace will be totally packed all week. We had to get to the square around 9-10pm just to get in.

Stay at the Flying Pig Downtown Hostel. Its cheap, its clean, its safe, its a 2 min walk from 4 or 5 different coffeeshops and a 4min walk to 2 different tram stops. Its also smoker friendly!! Those pics are brilliant. Thank you! I agree that Utopia Haze wasn't amazing, but I still enjoyed it. Give the Quasar Haze a shot. Since you are staying longer, try some of the Super Lemon Haze from Greenhouse and the Laughing Buddah from Barney's.
