I know the photos are a bit pants, but does it look likely to achieve any bud? Don't really know if it's even female!!

Right, taken some photographs (grainy at best as its properly windy up here at the minute). Professional opinion? I ask as it's starting to smell pretty pungent, and want to know if it's worth the risk keeping, or should I cut my losses and take it down. Will try and get some more photos if required...

It will clean up plutonium stains, yet it wont shift the tar from my metal pipe. Wtf?!
