I flew out and got the train and eurostar back last time I went. Eurostar worked out more expensive, less convenient and less pleasant. Brussels is not a particularly nice place (imo), the 'international terminal' inside brussels station is little more than a normal train station waiting room, excep...

I've seen the amsterdam boat club around before and they look like something me and my mates would be interested in. Now for all the reasons they describe on their website they can only accept donations, but what would be an acceptable 'donation'. I have no idea how much it might set me back at the ...

Any idea as to how to get this back? Contact the flight operator I suppose. I fall into that category, so another gram of the ganja can now be bought!

I doubt drug tests would be favoured by parents in the Netherlands. It seems sad that this oh so tolerant country we all love to visit is becoming more and more strict on it's views towards all drugs, not just hard drugs. No schools I know of in the UK drug test, I know that even here it would not g...

I had to start recently, figured it best to stop during my life-defining A-level finals. Was shit for the first few days, not being able to blaze up at night, watch a film and gradually fall asleep. I got over it after about 3 or 4 days though.

L-plate is the same thing as L-skin... just UK slang I believe. In reference to the "L-plates" learner drivers have to show when driving.

I felt safe last time I visited, and I was about 15 at the time... Keep your wits about you in the RLD, don't go around flashing anything (camera on string round neck etc) and don't attract attention to yourself. It seemed like one of the safest cities I've been to (including NYC, LA, San Fran, Pari...

Definitely a good idea, didn't have any trouble getting around last time though, arm yourself with a good map/travel guide and you'll most likely be fine. However last time I went I wasn't smoking, maybe that's why I had no trouble....

Dominos is fekin expensive though. I have a place near me that does some pretty good pizzas (easily as good as dominos), two 12" pizzas for £8. They do one called a beano, basically they use beans instead of tomato sauce and put sausages on... I know, sounds disgusting, but it's so nice when yo...

Just booked this as well (though I think you already know that from another thread...), does look to be awesome what with the bongs they provide and the trippy artwork on the walls of people toking up. Just down from the Cannabis and Hemp Museum as well, and therefore not far from Dam square, a lot ...

Good to know, getting a 6.45am flight so will probably be in the Centre by about 9.30am, so my first smoke in Amsterdam will basically be a wake and bake :D.
