That sure is a damn catchy name for a strain. I've searched the web for any seed banks with this name and found none. I've only turned up the fact that Dampkring has carried it at one time. I haven't seen it on their current menu though.

Hard to say on a scale, as it can be a gamble. Some countries are more conservative on their weed stance than others. Bringing weed into a country seems to be way more an offense than buying it in the country. I've bought hash in Paris pretty easily, so it's not hard to get. You could try maybe mail...
