Re: Sativa (formerly Green Planet and Monaco)
Dominator Hash (13.5 p/g) Apparently it's a very strong sativa made from 'Cali' plants. I wanted to make some rosin with something top end so I gave a gram of this a go today and managed to press my highest return (with the humble hair straightener), of 0.56g. Just tried a small dab and it's looking...

They have fat kid's cake block in here now for 9e. it's not as strong as the static version but equally nice effects!

I was lucky to catch the last of a batch of G13 Haze hash (11e) from here today, very nice!

Re: Boerejongens Centre (formerly Stix)
I was curious to run the fat kid's cake through my hair straighteners and the results did not disappoint. Just over 60% return of some lovely and potent, light amber rosin. This will be a repeat purchase for sure!

Re: Happy People
Getting some nice, new school hash from here recently, Citral (7e), Amnesia (8e) and mango kush hash (8e), in order of high to stoned, all very nice for the price!

Re: Squishy squishy
Yes, mesh bags are worth a go, I use unbleached coffee filters for ease but I wonder sometimes if this is the cleanest method. Here's my tip for collecting the rosin - a stainless steel dart-tip I use as an inexpensive dab tool. A pack of three are about 2 euro from the trusty 'Action' winkel. Roll ...

Re: Squishy squishy
Amnesia hash from Central is a good choice for squishiness, or their Lemon hash works well. Personally I find squishing bud to be very hit and miss. Although it's stronger and a cleaner taste when dabbed, the yields can be very disappointing unless you get the right stain and bud-humidity, so unless...

Re: Johnny
Kush Block was nice for the price and they have Rif Shen******(?) for 7.50 p/g that pressed into a very light amber rosin, almost like flower rosin, very nice deep, complex high, a favourite of the bud lady apparently, very happy with that!

Re: Central
This shop is selling really nice, cheap hash at the moment. I'm preferring the new Lemon Hash over their Amnesia, more euphoric, same price. Also around 6e p/g is the crystal kush hash which I haven't tried yet.
Can't say how they smoke but if you're a rosin-head like me, you'll love 'em!

Re: Coffeeshop Johnny
Strawberry Haze Block is down to 6,50 p/g, just a promotion apparently, no decline in quality, bargain!
Also tried the Johnny's Harvest (topshelf super silver haze) 11p/g, lovely flavour and potent!

Rosin Lozenges, (try saying that when you're baked on one!)
https://youtu.be/059ZsVUl-3A
Made from a 0.8g of rosin, squished from a 2g of Stones Cafe - super polm.
At 5e p/g that works out at less than a euro per lozenge.
Nice medicated, strong background buzz, whilst still able to operate.

Tasty indeed and first time I've seen Rosin on an Amsterdam menu, pricey tho, think I'll get the hair straighteners on!

Re: Good value hash for rosin
The Amnesia hash from Central, makes lovely rosin. 50% yield, hardly hashy, tastes more like the flower but better than the 20% max I've managed to get from squishing bud!

Re: Nug's Live & Local: 4/20 The Gathering vol. 2, 2017 ("Roll on 420")
Nice one Nug's, looking forward to the next installment! Been on a bit of a mission myself to find a decent vape pen for rosin. Already tried a few with limited success. It seems that extra bit of plant material in rosin, effects considerably the vaping experience. Even with a full ceramic oven, lik...

Re: Good value hash for rosin
King Hassan should give you 50% if you squish it right. I use a low setting on the iron and a bench vice for extra pressure and multiple pressings. I recently tried the light and dark zeros from Best Friends II (both 6e p/g) the light was very similar to KH for yield but the dark came out ridiculous...
