Speaks for itself. but one point of interest was the statement that 30G grams is the amount before any action is taken. it is widely thought to be 5g!! Been to breda for a day trip today. Was turned down in every coffeeshop due to not being able to provide Netherlands i.d. First time this has ever happened. In fact most owners got really queer about us even going inside to try!!!! Do the people of holland think they have exclusivity on being chill...

A very common misconception of tourists. NL society is extremely conservative.

Dumb thread.....why publicize shops that are breaking the law? It's childish. I know shops and private folks, that will sell me 50grams or more but I will take their names to my grave. Why on earth do tourist need more than 5g per day at one shop? Amsterdam tolerates weed (still) so please show som...

Music venues you would not expect: Cafe Belgique sometimes has some pretty well know local DJs. On Tuesday night was Jordan of Juju and Jordash plus one of the Beautiful swimmers.

Roest (Rust) http://www.amsterdamroest.nl/ I don't know much about this place, but it looks like a cool place to have a bier and listen to some tunes. It's ok, pretty far out but if I was her on vacation and the weather was nice definetlly worth a visit. Sound system in the smaller area is meh :(
