I serious doubt that this will be enforced. I feel the same about the Wietpas in Amsterdam. Whether the law is on the books or not, I expect it will be ignored and/or there will court challenges. It's not over to the fat lady sings. Keep in mind the history of how coffeeshops got started in the firs...
