If there ever was a need for an adult-only "theme" park... Somewhere outside of the ring road, utilize an area of reclaimed land and erect (pun intended  ) a "sin city" if you will. I liken this to the now defunct "combat zone" in Boston, which was an approximate ...

I reckon there's a lot of money to made here.. Someone should open a dedicated munchies outlet somewhere in Dam Central. I'm taking high quality, visually appealing, stoner-tailored munch. The coffeeshops already have it covered but there should be a dedicated shrine to munch somewhere that people c...

I got some "BB cheese" from DGC recently, it was very green and had loads of crystals, the smell was stronger than anything I've come across but was different from the cheese I've had in amsterdam- normally i would expect it to be real pungent, vomit like, but this stuff was sharper- almos...

forgot to mention-homegrown fantasy is out of cheese until feb (as far as i know) but bluebird blue cheese is just as good. HGF silver pearl is absolutely beautiful and seemed paranoia-free but I'm no expert, only had a few grams last time i was there.

i'd recommend Amsterdam cheese in general- in terms of a good indica/stavia balance. My sister-in-law found it worked wonders post-op- dealt with the (xtreme) pain, nausea, the lot. Maybe mix in with some temple ball for the sake of it? also.. sorry to hear about your situation. Nobody should have t...

any tokers in south west london?

so... i moved back in with my parents recently in the richmond area -makes a beautiful change from living in tree-less east london, only problem is that nobody i used to know lives here anymore, and the place seems to be dry as a stone. Getting sick of traveling up north to pick up, so I gave some c...

thanks guys Also would be good to know what you personally would find interesting to watch in a doc- ideally from a UK perspective. We're looking at a fly on the wall style format following shop owners as they gear up for the cannabis cup. I know the cup isn't exactly the true pinnacle of achievemen...

coffeeshop documentaries

hello I'm doing some research for a documentary series, but having a hard time tracking down previous programs of the same nature. I know there are a few Amsterdam docs out there and loads about cannabis in general, but I'm looking for anything more to do with the actual coffeeshop business and the ...

so.. a couple of obscure photos and the thoughts of one guest are enough to make the front page? Good to see that solid journalism is alive and well.
Still, it's not as bad as the Sun's attack on Nutt's children- trying to discredit a man by trawling facebook

Went camping at Zeeburg a couple of years ago with two friends, the three of us in a tent. Started raining as we left the airport and we found ourselves putting up the tent in a full-on thunderstorm.. Can't get across how much water was falling from the sky, it was just insane. Anyway it didn't let ...

I think i picked up some blue cheese from Green Place, could be wrong- was definitely some kind of cheese anyway. Very nice whatever it was. Meant to post some home but did the classic of oversleeping and missing my flight.. had to book a new one and my plans were scuppered. Now facing the prospect ...

if you're walking down Damrak from the station take a right when you get near the grasshopper- it's on the corner of Kolksteeg and Nieuwendijk. Looks like a bit of a dive but it lives up to the hype.

silver pearl

hello just spent 4 days in dam.. bought various strains from green place (nice cheese) 420, extase, hgf, bluebird and grey area. All pretty good but for me the only real stand out was silver pearl from hgf- this stuff looks amazing, couldn't get more crystals on if you tried. smoke is lovely and is ...
