We could put the art work on the back of the forms?

Which ever one we decide on, if Hestia wants to email me a copy of that drawing, then I can print it out using a colour printer and have the form on the other side.

I think plan 1 is the best and fairest. However, either way I dont mind it will be good to meet people no matter what happens.

So am I right in thinking that it starts on 4.20 (20.04.10) and goes on for 3 days and finishes on 4.23.10 (23.04.10) or starts on 04.17.10 ( 17.04.10) finishes on 4.20 and thats when we give the award/prize out.

Just trying to organise my holiday schedule for next year.

Also if this is not going to be based on the CCup, then it might be an idea to call it something other than a 420 cup. Perhaps this again could be decided by a poll?

I hate the Idea of calling it a Cup or Competition. Let me be clear, I'm up for any hillarity that may occur, crawls, meets, smokeouts, whatever.
