I did a little lookin myself, I agree with Kermit that it was probably a Weevil; but I think it looks more like a Pine Weevil, also abundant in the U.K. The Pine Weevil has more of a snout, like an Elephant trunk. There is an actual Elephant Weevil, but they live just in Australia, for now any way!

What ever those little fuckers are, I would suggest taken her to the shower, rinse her good, not to hard though! Check the other plant and your entire grow area before putting the plant back in it's spot. Also, always ware clothes and shoes that have not been outside of a "clean zone"!

It's better to let em get a little droopy then to over water them. How is your drainage, you may be retaining to much water. Are you planing on switching to larger pots? If so, I would go with at least 3 gallon pots to give your roots some room, and, use more pearlite, if you want to increase draina...

Using chains and hooks will make it a lot easier to adjust the height of the hood then using rope!
