I think you need a horeca hygiene certificate in order to work in any cafe or coffee shop

No u are confusing me :( We arraival in Schiphol at 20.30... And hotel is near Leidsplein... Have to be there before 22... Best is to get the bus 197? Without card.... Just pay with cash...
