Back on topic.....I would start with the 400w, see how it goes tempwise and what yield you get, if it goes well you could then get a 600w..... during winter maybe use the 600 but in the summer if its gets too hot you could then use the 400 through the hottest months. :) or sell it if the 600 works w...

Whats the most bud you have got from the one plant? er a friend once got 8 and half oz of top quality using....... 400w son t plus, no co2 on this grow but it did have exerlent extraction, the plant was in a bubble system with clay pebbles. She was clipped a fair bit during 3-4 weeks veg and then 12...

If I was doing a grow with 250w I would want a compact Indica plant so yeah BD sounds like a good choice, but I would go for northern light cos it ticks all the right boxes but I also love its taste/smell/stone.

do any of you know how to make a speed switch for 2 fans? I just need to slow em down a bit cos they sound like a jet fighter.

Thanks guys, I have already got all the HIDs, hydro gear and good quality vent equipment, Ive just not got a "grow room" anymore, back in the day I did about 30 at a time on a peptual harvest plan but now I dont wanna supply the stuff I just want a bit for me and the GF.

great and thanks for the fast reply. Yeah I av got a large filter + two 125mm inline fans from 3 years ago when I last did a grow, but I have made my G Room back into a bedroom. so I am thinking about a tent in the corner of the spare room.
