I've never had any problems with orders from them EXCEPT the large plastic joint holders - had 5/6 of them get smashed up in the post, so don't order these any more. Other than that, prices/delivery times/products matching descriptions have all been fine.

I've never had a problem with the see-through papers personally. My understanding was that LESS chemical treatments were made to them compared to the bleached white Rizla et al, and that therefore any plastic taste was probably psychosomatic.
