Ok, I just booked 3 nights at Inner Amsterdam hostel. It was 23 euros a night, figured that wasn't too bad, and they have breakfast.

Good deal! Also, I was kinda plannin on finding parks to sleep in at night, considering I am not trying to spend all my money there, and I kinda like being a bum. Is this a bad idea? Or should I just book a hostel now?

Thanks all! And yea, I did look it over. I've been to Isla Vista a couple times, where UC Santa Barbara resides, and I did not get hit by a bike there whilst baked, so hopefully I will manage!
