Yeah I'd for for 9 smaller plants in a 1m x 1m area, it's only a 400 watt light, if plants are taller they won't get as much light. 4 bigger plants if 600 watt. I say go for 600 watt because in my experience, the results are so much better. I've seen good weed off a 400 watt, but never great weed.

That looks like everything you will need, but never seen those brand of extractor so not sure if they're any good. Why would you only grow 2 or 3 plants in that setup though? Never used mh lamps, are they hotter than hps? But I can tell you for a fact that a 5" extractor rated 250m3/hour with carbon filter is adequate for a 120x120 tent with 600W hps, even on the hottest days, no fancy air cooled lighting required and no intake fan required.
