The Governor signed a bill a couple weeks before the voting on prop 19 that decriminalized the herb, treating possession of a small amount like a speeding ticket- no court appearance, and a minimal fee.

Oh and cool to see someone recognized the king crimson cover.

Stumbled upon this site! Pretty killer. Heading to Amsterdam on the 19th, looking for some good company, and some even better smoke. Never been to the dam but from what I have read and heard it seems like a legit town full of cool people and an awesome culture.
