Drugs Live: The Ecstacy Trial
http://www.channel4.com/programmes/drugs-live-the-ecstasy-trial/4od This probably wasn't as scientific as it could have been, but it was still enjoyable and some good points were made by both sides (For legalisation vs Against). Most importantly, it sparked debate. 94% of people say that the UK drug...

Re: truffles??
I went to the Dam for the first time last year and for me the truffles made the trip (pun not intended...). Weed I can take or leave, but these were amazing. The three of us were completely broke but all first-time users, so we bought one portion of Dolphin's Delight between the 3 of us and ate equa...

Re: The Dutch 2012 Election Result and the Coffeeshops
Yep, ignoring the demands of all your constituents and doing whatever you want because you're a power hungry moron. That's how to run a democracy. Oh wait.... dictatorship. I meant dictatorship. How can this guy even hope for votes after a statement like that? I mean I know it doesn't matter now he'...

Re: Visit in 2013 worth it?
I'm going in April of 2013, and I will smoke in coffee shops, meet up with fellow ACDers, buy my weed from a tax paying dealer inside one of those coffee shops. Cannabis is to big of a business in Amsterdam to go away because of a law, the coffee shops started and it was against the law, they conti...

Re: Visit in 2013 worth it?
I'm 58 and not flying from US to buy weed from some guy on the street. I cannot vote in Holland but I can vote with the absence of my money. Two very good points Avalon. I don't tend to smoke in the UK because it just isn't worth it if you get caught. Part of the deal about Amsterdam for me was bei...

Visit in 2013 worth it?
Hi everyone, Haven't posted in a while. Since I last visited Amsterdam in May 2011 my friend and I promised each other to go back once we both had the cash - we loved it, such a beautiful place. The main reason we wanted to go back though is because we did enjoy the drug culture (particularly the tr...

Re: Coffeshops that play heavy metal/rock
So glad I found this thread, while I'm not particularly into metal it's better than the techno shit I've heard that a lot of coffeeshops play. I think that would irritate me to the point of a possible whitey... I know this because when I'm drunk in clubs that play crap like Kesha, or hip hop, or any...

Re: Hello!
Wow thanks for all your help! Especially about the vapourizers, hadn't actually considered them but it's definitely something I'll try.
Thanks FlyByNite for the link. I think I'll be there from the 12th-15th June, but that's susceptable to change! It'll be around then anyhow.

Hello!
Hi, I'm CatPiano, 21 from the UK. I'm going to Amsterdam for the first time with 2 friends in June. It's going to be part of a big 'trip round Europe' thing to celebrate finishing uni and to grab at our last few weeks of freedom while we still can, before we have to start earning money somehow. Amst...
