I have some bud I purchased the other night but no papers or a pipe (and I SUCK AT ROLLING!).... Can I go into a coffeeshop just to ask for papers? I suppose I need to buy some to use a pipe though... damn.

Hey ya'll I'm in Amsterdam (DUH!) and I am only here till tomorrow morning @ 7am. I spent today touring around a little bit. But after a great night in the coffee shops last night I want to find a shop with some Hash/Oil tonight. Sadly, it is already 21:20 and worried a lot will be closed. Anyone kn...
