Leeuwarden

Post by Danjb »

So vlissigen a big nono. Strange town very smoke free and amsterdam prices! The guy at the coffee shop very sorry for not selling to tourists anymore! As hotel owners for sure
After this sad trip all the way here im planning on going to Leeuwarden for a couple of days. Just really wanted to check that is a tourist friendly town and i can get in smoke what ever i feel like on a coffee shop just as it should!

Leeuwarden is lovely. If you search the site you'll find that I and others have done trip reports/coffeeshop reviews. Everything is within walking distance, and things stay open later than in the Dam. Weird. Also, very few tourists, and most of them likely to be German.

If you go, it would be interesting to know what's on Repelsteeltje's menu. The first time I went there they had herb with peculiar names -- that of the coffeeshop itself and other fairytale references, for example -- and I found the weed amazingly trippy, something I rarely say. On the other two trips, all they had were standard strains.

Leeuwarden coffeeshop map - http://thekaart.nl/en-netherlands-leeuw ... 251_0.html

Leeuwarden menus - http://www.coffeeshopmenus.org/0-Leeuwa ... warden.htm

Leeuwarden could use some updated menus. Always ask first before taking menu pictures. Better told no than thrown out.

Enjoy
