Cheap beer, outdoor seating, music...where? Also edibles?

Hi guys,
I will be back in Amsterdam for the first time in 10 years soon.

Amsterdam is very expensive compared to where I live.

Can anyone reccomend central bars which have cheap beer, good music and outdoor seating?
If I remember right soundgarden is good?

Also I can't smoke anymore as my heavy use has left me with a chronic lung condition and I have to avoid smoke at all costs.

What options do I have with edibles?
