.... going with my wife for a long weekend. Staying in Leidseplein area for a change. Hopefully this time my data connection won't be fucking up and i'll be able to put a decent travelouge together as i wander!! I'm going to go north of the Ij to see what's what too. I have a map but it just says "here be dragons", so don't know what i'll find.

Are you sure that isn't a map of Wales where it says, here be the dragons?

no, i checked to make sure i wasn't holding it upsidedown or anything daft like that and it definitely says dragons north of the Ij. So what with me being welsh, i'm clearly the most qualified for the job of going there to investigate

I should go back to Wales again, haven't been in a few years, I love the north (Snowdonia and the coast) and the ferry to Holyhead is always cheap.
