Hello so I wanna start im Alex im 19 nad in febuary im going to Eindhoven...
I have question about Coffe shop do I need wietpas?what bar do you reccomend? Hows with prerolled joints are they good is it it better to roll by myself

good news is, there is no weedpass in Eindhoven
prerolled joints will always be the bits at the bottom of the bag, you will never get the grade A nugs in a pre roll. if you can roll yourself then i suggest you do just that, if not get yourself some cones and pack them. this way you know what your getting and how much you are getting. Eindhoven isnt as touristic as amsterdam so i imagine there will be less shady practise going on but still better to be cautious.
