Recommended safe apartment websites.

Can anyone recommend any safe sites to use for an apartment? Airbnb seem to have less and less choice of smoker friendly places these days, and a few of the other apartment websites I've checked don't seem the safest looking things. If anyone has a specific place for 4 people central/jordaan that they would recommend that would be quality. Peace.

wicked appartment sleeps 3/4 but me and my missus had it for 5 days. absolutley amazing gd quiet location too near mellow yellow and close to De klos (amazing ribs)

oh and yes very smoker friendly as owner had smoking paraphernalia there.

didnt give me any issues and also bring fresh bread and cheese every morning

Stay Amsterdam is a link from here that helps support forum. Talk to live people e.g. Chat ,phone cannibis friendly.Had no problems with VRBO or Amsterdam apartments over the years.

I've been staying in Airbnb apartments three or four times a year for a few years now and have never had an issue in any of them.
The article linked above is the council/government ensuring that people pay the correct taxes when their apartments are rented out.
It's nothing against Airbnb.

a few of use shared a place he used to rent ,, the golden door on the zeedijk,, jaust around the corner form the office , what great place ,, 3 bed rooms 3 floors, to bad the place was sold a few years back

What has happened to the Amsterdam Escape website?? ...It's now, basically, a copy of Amsterdam Stay... Where have all to cool Smokers rooms gone? ...Like the Coke apartment or the Hideaway? ...They were my go-to rooms?!?!

I recently booked with AmsterdamStay for my trip in July. Very reasonably priced and you can pay when you get to the apartment which I like.

@Lemming - what are your ties with AmsterdamStay? I hope it's only good things as it's my first booking away from AirBnB.
