Where is a good place to try authentic dutch cuisine like this?

So what were the stalls selling two weeks ago, last years herring???

Never touching the stuff, all the more for the locals.

I like most fish and seafood. I like raw fish in the form of sushi. When I was invited to try Dutch raw herring, it was by someone who was probably hoping I wouldn't be able to get it down. I did, but I can't say anything in favour of it beyond that. If it comes my way again, I may give it another go, because it might be an acquired taste. But I can't say I'm particularly eager to try, given all the other more palatable ways of eating fish, even in Holland.
