Add Salamuera to that list.

Located on Rozengracht a stoned throw away from perennials favorites such as Paradox, 1e Hulp, Mr. K, Funky Monkey and Bronx - this gorgeous restaurant sports top notch Latin-American fusion cuisine (think Argentinian beef meets Peruvian Ceviche meets Mexican street food). Heerlijke eten, gezellige sfeer en aardige personeel.

Bakkerij Kwakman treats in the morning. Chocolate croissants or custard filled treats :D

We were staying NW of Foodhallen and some mornings I'd bike over to Kwakman for treats. Our host was surprised I did this but biking to a bakery in Amsterdam was a top memory of that trip---

I’m an Indian food lover so I tried out a couple of Indian Restaurants. The best one out the 2 was The Gandhi which is located along Damrak. A bit of a long corridor entrance to walk until you actually come to the Restaurant. The staff were attentive, gave a complimentary shot and the food itself was lush. Worth visiting if you like Curry.
