looks like we may be close to getting our nba team back as well as maybe getting the phx cayotes. a guy from the bay area coming on today to talk about a near 100% privately financed arena. hockey needs to come back here. bring back the seattle metropolitans..1918 stanley cup champs and first american team to win the cup when we beat the habs.

yea i know the story. i just think its cool that seattle was the first to win and it wasnt ny or one of those other teams..a way to stick it to em.

im hoping for the nhl team. wanted this since i was a kid. and as iv said away game trips to van,calgary,toronto,denver etc would be cool.
