I've been a Sox fan since I was a kid growing up 45 minutes from Boston...
...a few highlights over the years, (1967, 1975, 1986; all World Series losses)
...until arguably the greatest comeback in sports history, the 2004 Major League Baseball Playoffs and World Series. The end of the curse, FINALLY.
To add an exclamation that the curse is indeed gone, winning the 2007 World Series meant to me that the curse is indeed dead.
The Yankmees can finally have the complete Bambino, curse and all...

The Series is tied at 2 wins each, which means it goes back to Boston for Games 6 and 7 (if necessary).
GO SOX!
GO PATS!

Go Red Sox. Looks like they have won the Test Match. Pissed it in the end. Didn't even have to finish the ninth over. Next year I might even understand what the fuck it is all about.

Good series!! At first the numbers showed Boston has the big favorites!! Wasn't an easy one for them ... Bravo Boston!! First series won in Boston since 1918!
