Pinball

Is there still any coffeeshops with (working) pinball machine(s)? I'll be in A-dam 23rd-27th Aug with few friends and some kind of high/stoned tournament is in our to-do-list.

If I'm not mistaken Dutch Flowers at least used to have one?

They use to have a pinball table in the basement level of Kadinsky on Rosmarijnsteeg.

But I haven't been in there for a couple of years now so don't know if they still have one. Perhaps, somebody who has been in there recently could confirm if they still do or not?

Really liked this place! Bigger on the inside that one would think. 6 or 7 pinball machines in the back and a pool table. The pinball and pool room is in the smoking area so you can smoke and play. Pinball machines: Big Buck Hunter, Shrek, Avatar, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars Ep. 1, Attack from Mars (wasn't working). 2E for 3 games. Also, they have a multi-game old school arcade game - Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, Space Invaders, Etc. Got some nice Amnesia Haze here. Looked nice, smelled lovely, tasted great, and good effect.

I have a photo from 18 Apr confirming at least five pinball machines at Spirit. Avatar, Shrek, Star Wars, Attack from Mars, and something else I can't make out. Unsure of the operational condition of the machines, as we were too busy smokin' and dranken.

Pretty sure there was a Sopranos pinball machine there...I seem to remember it being a cultural oddity; a weird subject for a pinball machine! They also have an arcade cabinet with (what seemed like) dozens of old-school video games (but none of the super-popular ones, which to me made it even cooler). All of these are in the back.

Does bluebird coffeshop still have that Baywatch pinball machine? God... What a wierd detail to remember... Shows how much time ive spent sat on that sofa, stoned as hell, looking towards the stairs that i can remember the brand of pinball machine.

Mellow Yellow has a pinball machine. I think it's Star Wars. Don't remember exactly.

Decent places to play pool (i.e plenty of tables, no more than mildly shady atmsphere) in the centre? Smoker friendly a bonus but not necessity. 3more days to go...

Sound garden also has pinball and a great outdoor terrace
Kandinsky's still has a machine

Mellow yellow has nice open space with pinball - but for some reason, it has always been ghastly hot when we have been there

There's a little coffeeshop around the corner of Rembrandtplein towards utrechstraat on the right hand side of the street that has a cool half digital machine.
