Random weed in the post?

Randomly today I received some weed in the post from the uk to my address but no name on a printed label. It was in a smell proof sealed silver envelope that I had to tear open to even see what was inside, then inside that was a clear sealed plastic bag. Looked very professional.
I haven't bought any but to me this looks like it has been bought from the darknet or something like that but why to my address with no name?

No one that knows I get high has my address so its not like a friend bought it for me, plus its so professional I am sure it must have been bought online.

I am now like wtf is going on. What could this have been? Neighbour putting wrong address not knowing they don't put your name on?
